Those gaps in the beads are because the lace directly below is overlapping the beading line ... but I think I need to add a couple of beads, overlap or not.

I took the picture too quickly -- the marks from my vanishing-ink pen are still showing!  😏

A few more beads, one or two more silk flowers, and the embellishing stage will be done.
